DONGA MANTUNG ELITE CALL ON PIC
On Wednesday, 12/07/2023, some three members of Donga Mantung political elite paid a courtesy call on the Public Independent Conciliator of the North West, Mr. TAMFU Simon FAI.
The three-some visitors included Hon. Senator NGAFEESON Emmanuel, MP Hon. Naomi G. and Ndu Mayor Mr. Borno, whose Council owns and runs Ndu Council Radio which is one of the proximity radio stations assisting the messages of the Office of the Public Independent Conciliator across the North West Region and beyond!
After some few words of niceties in his Guest Lounge, the Public Independent Conciliator, himself of Donga Mantung origin, used Limbum, mother tongue of the Wimbum and widely spoken across Donga Mantung Division, to briefly inform and educate them within the context of his ongoing intensification campaign on awareness and education about the mandate and missions of the Public Independent Conciliator, and the wonderful opportunities the Office offers to the entire North West Region.
Later, the Public Independent Conciliator showed his guests round the Office, presenting the available staff in their well-equiped offices.
One of the guests was pleasantly surprised to listen to Executive Officer, Dr. Alfred WUKU testify that Hon. Senator NGAFEESON Emmanuel did bring to him a pair of shoes at one stage of his education!
The visitors were amazed to discover that the Office of the Public Independent Conciliator, North West Region, does indeed practise inclusion and non-discrimination as the few top level staff the Office has so far recruited come from the seven divisions of the North West Region, and include young people, male and female.
The visit ended.with photographs in front of the tower that temporarily hosts the sumptuous offices of the Office of the Public Independent Conciliator, North West Region.
