Public Independent Conciliator debriefs Regional Executive Council on 2024 Annual Report

**Debriefing with the REC, Cross Section of the hall**

The Office of the Public Independent Conciliator of the North-West Region has debriefed members of the Regional Executive Council on the Findings of the 2024 Perception Survey on the Functioning of the North-West Regional Assembly.

The meeting held on Wednesday, 21 May 2025 in the auditorium of the Office of the Public Independent Conciliator of the North-West Region. Initially programmed for 12 May 2025 and reprogrammed for want of a quorum, the one-day debriefing workshop discussed the findings of the 2024 Perception Survey on the Functioning of the North-West Regional Assembly.
