FOUR JOIN STAFF
Four newly recruited staff have joined the auxiliary staff of the Office of the Public Independent Conciliator, North West Region on a three-month probation.
The four, all female, were recruited following stiff gruelling by the internal Recruitment Commission that had the uphill task of selecting the best from about 150 applicants to fill four job vacancies advertised in June 2023.
Welcoming the new recruits during the statutory weekly on Tuesday 01/08/2023, the Public Independent Conciliator, Mr. TAMFU Simon FAI, congratulated them on their brilliant success, but cautioned that their recruitment would be confirmed at the end of their three months probation if they performed with brilliance; otherwise, the period of probation might be renewed only once if their performance were not that good, or they would be simply shown the way out of the Office for unsatisfactory performance.
The Public Independent Conciliator used the occasion to brief them on the creation, mission and mandate of the new State institution, underlining it’s core values.
He handed over to each of the newly recruited staff packs of literature and paraphernalia on the Office.
The four new auxillary staff include Adelaide Fonyuy Wirnsungrin (Finance Officer), Emmaculate Nayet Abdu (Administrative Officer), Kesten Ngum Fongwa (Front Desk Officer), and Melani Manka Ndefru (Communication Officer).
