PUBLIC INDEPENDENT CONCILIATOR, NW, IN NDOP FOR EDUCATION & SENSITISATION AT NDOP COUNCIL
On Thursday 20/07/2023, the Public Independent Conciliator, Mr. TAMFU Simon FAI was in Ndop, Ngoketunjia Division in continuation of his visit to councils in Divisional capitals that earlier took him to Wum in Menchum, Mbengwi in Momo and Fundong in Boyo.
He was accompanied by two Executive Officers, Nina Agingi and Ngodji Rais, as well as Communication Consultant, Ephraim Banda Ghogomu.
The Mdop Community Hall hosted over two hundred participants from the four chiefdoms that Ndop Council covers. They came to listen to the august guest inform, educate and sensitize them on the mission and mandate of the Office of the Public Independent Conciliator as well as how citizens may enjoy their rights from their local councils and hold the officials accountable.
Speakers used Pidgin English in order to facilitate understanding of the messages by the people.
