PIC SCRUTINEER TRAINING

A 3-day training for scrutineer agents is underway at. the Office of the Public Independent Conciliator for the North-West Region.

In a welcome statement, the PIC Research Officer Ndi Nelson Ngayinkfu called on the over a dozen candidates selected from the seven divisions to pay close attention to the course and ask clarifications on what they do not understand.

The participants are being educated on the creation, mission and mandate of the PIC so that they properly administer questionnaires on council functioning during the coming week in at least two municipalities per division.

Resource persons include Ndi Nelson Ngayinkfu, Yang Francis Fombi, Tilarious Atia and Nina Ambuban Agingi.

The training will be highlighted by a practical on the field.
